DELIVERY POLICY

Hardcover Books

Book orders are mailed out 3 to 4 days after order is processed through the Canadian postal system. Book orders shipped in Canada take 5 to 14 days for delivery. Orders shipped to the United States take 5 to 14 days. Overseas orders for books can take 10 to 28 days. If after the time period has passed for your order and you have not received your book order please contact us at thi.sales@dyslexiavictoria.ca and please provide the following information. We will send out your book order again promptly with this information.

If we are out of stock on one or more of your books we will notify you in an email and give you an approximate date when your complete order will be mailed out. When the order is ready to ship we will notify you by email that it is being mailed

Ebooks are sent in a pdf file for downloading in an email after purchase. If there are any problems with the download please contact us at thi.sales@dyslexiavictoria.ca. Please provide the same information listed above in your email.
