WEBSTORE INSTRUCTIONS

For Dyslexic Victoria Online

Using the Webstore:

The items for sale in our webstore are divided into three sections - one for Textbooks & E-Books, one for our training Courses, and one for E-Lessons. Find each item you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Once you have filled your shopping cart with all of the items you wish to by from Dyslexia Victoria Online, click 'View Shopping Cart', then the green button 'Check Out' and fill out the 'Billing Information' and 'Shipping Information' if applicable.

Choose your payment method, credit cart or Paypal and fill in required information. Once you have filled in the information click 'Submit'. Once you have completed your purchase you will be returned to a download page for e-books or confirmation for other hard-cover books or teaching materials. This will be followed by a 'thank you' email and an email providing a receipt for your order.

You may check what is in the shopping cart at any time by clicking on one of the "View Shopping Cart" buttons. If you added an item to the shopping cart by mistake, you can click the 'Remove' button on the order page located to the right of the description of the product or Clear Cart to remove all items and start your order over again.

Navigating the Webstore

At the top of the webstore page are links to each department. Each department has one or more sets of navigation buttons to provide a quick way to return to the top of the webstore page (to go to another department), view the contents of the shopping cart, or proceed to our secure checkout.

Adding an item to the shopping cart

Each item for sale in the webstore has its own "Add to Cart" button. To add more than one of a single item go to the shopping cart and change the number in the box to the left of the description of the product to set the quanitity.

Viewing your shopping cart

Click on any of the "View Shopping Cart" buttons to show the contents of the shopping cart. It will include all items you have added, the quantities, prices and the sub-total for your order. Each webstore department has one or more "View Shopping Cart" buttons.

Clearing the Shopping Cart

IIf you make a mistake and add the wrong item to the shopping cart, you can click the "Clear Cart" button on the shopping cart page to empty the shopping cart. This option removes all items from the shopping cart, and you will have to start your order over again.

Payment by Check or Money Order

If you prefer not to use credit cards or Paypal online to pay for your order, a different procedure is needed. For simplicity, we recommend using the 'add to cart' buttons to select the items for your order, then click on the 'View Cart' button. A shopping cart order page will be displayed showing your order and cost before taxes, discounts, shipping and handling). You can print this form using the Print button on the File menu of the web browser. Then E-mail, fax or mail the shopping cart order form to us. We will finish processing the order for final costs and email you an invoice for the total due. Then together with a check, money order or credit card information (please include card number, expiration date, name on card, security code on back of card) for the total amount to the physical address given on the Dyslexia Victoria Online Contact page. Don't forget to include a shipping address to permit delivery of your order!

Secure Checkout using credit card or Paypal processing.

Prices are all given in USA dollars. We accept world wide credit cards for Visa or Mastercharge and Paypal using your credit card or bank account listed with them. If you do not already have a Paypal account, you can set up an account with Paypal when you submit your order to Paypal to complete payment. When your order is submitted to Paypal, you must enter a valid E-mail address and shipping address before you can complete your order. After payment has been confirmed by our secure credit card service or Paypal, you will receive your download instructions immediately after completing your purchase or for a hard-copy book or other teaching materials we will ship your order within forty-eight hours Monday to Friday.  An invoice with with payment confirmation will be E-mailed to you and included in the shipment.

Procedure for Downloading an E-Book or E-Lessons

Orders for electronic documents (E-Books & E-Lessons) are handled differently than textbook orders. Once payment has been confirmed by our secure credit card service or Paypal, you are sent to a webpage with download instructions. You may return books for a full refund for thirty days.
